Filler AI utilizes artificial intelligence (GPT-4 Vision) to assist users in scanning, filling, and managing documents and forms. The Service allows for image uplod, PDF manipulation, and data extraction.

3. Use of AI Technology

The Service provides suggestions based on AI analysis. You acknowledge that AI technology is not infallible.

Important: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all form fields, data, and content generated by the Service before submission. Filler AI is not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from the use of AI-filled forms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier: Includes limited trial access (e.g., 1 free form fill).

Premium ($9.99/mo or $79.99/yr): Unlocks unlimited form fills, priority AI processing, and cloud sync.

Enterprise ($35.99/mo or $345.99/yr): Includes team management, multi-party signing, and shared templates.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to forging documents, identity theft, or submitting fraudulent information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filler AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
